The Global Seaweed Coalition is looking for its new Scientific Officer

The Global Seaweed Coalition is looking for its new Scientific Officer! Hosted by our founding partners from CNRS, the Scientific Officer will manage GSC funded projects and be the main contact point with project holders. Supervised by the GSC Scientific Director, his/her role will be to follow up each project, guide the project leaders on the rules to follow, coordinate communication between the project leads and the Scientific Committee and ensure that the projects meet the scientific standards established by the Committee. He/she will provide the substantive material for reporting on the main achievements of the projects, in close cooperation with the Communication Manager, and will also manage the writing, editing, stakeholder consultation and approval processes, and submission of perspectives papers that the Scientific Committee may decide to write collectively.
