Bigger pens help salmon farm scale new heights



Swapping ten 100 m circumference pens for four 160 m ones has helped one of Scottish Sea Farms’ salmon sites produce a record tonnage, with average harvest weights of 6.8 kg, as well as improve fish welfare and reduce seal predation.
