Benson Hill files for bankruptcy



Benson Hill, a US company which had developed alternative varieties of soy that require up to 70 percent less water and emit up to 50 percent less carbon dioxide equivalent than commodity soy protein concentrate (SPC), has filed for bankruptcy.
